Fellow

Terms of Service & consumer information

Clear rules for using and buying Fellow.

Last updated 4 October 2026. These terms explain the educational service, free trials, subscriptions, cancellation, AI limitations and account responsibilities. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Who provides the service

Fellow is operated by ScholarBridge. Operating location: Cheshire, North West England, United Kingdom (full service address must be confirmed before paid launch). Legal/contact email: msgray95@hotmail.com. If Fellow is a trading name rather than a separate incorporated legal entity, the underlying legal person or entity must also be identified in any disclosure where the law requires it.

Independent educational service

Fellow/Oxbridge is an independent preparation service. It is not Oxford University, the University of Cambridge, UCAS, an admissions-test provider, a school or an official university admissions service, and it is not endorsed by those organisations unless an explicit written partnership says otherwise.

Educational service — not an admissions decision

Fellow provides preparation, practice questions, writing feedback and simulated interview coaching. AI or offline scores are practice signals only. They are not official Oxford, Cambridge, UCAS, admissions-test-provider, school or university decisions, marks or guarantees of an offer.

Accounts and younger users

You must give accurate account information and keep login details private. Direct self-sign-up is intended for people aged 13 or over. Users under 18 receive high-privacy defaults. A user under 18 must not confirm a paid purchase unless an appropriate adult has authorised that purchase.

Free trials, subscriptions, prices and renewal

For an eligible first-time customer, an Individual Pro subscription starts with a 5-day free trial and a School subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility is limited to the first subscription associated with the Stripe customer/account; a previous, expired or cancelled subscription does not create another free trial.

Before checkout, Fellow shows the selected plan, price, billing interval and trial terms. Stripe collects the payment method used for the subscription. Unless you cancel before an eligible trial ends, Stripe will automatically charge the displayed monthly or annual price at the end of the trial. The subscription then renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.

If an account is not eligible for another trial, checkout may start the paid subscription immediately. The Stripe checkout screen is the final confirmation of the amount and billing interval before purchase.

You can manage or cancel an active Stripe subscription from the Account page. Cancelling normally stops future renewal while access continues until the end of the current paid period, or until the trial ends where Stripe applies cancellation at trial end, subject to the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.

Promo codes and School subscriptions

Where enabled, valid Stripe promotion codes can be entered during checkout. The discount, duration and any eligibility rules shown by Stripe apply to that purchase. School subscriptions include the seats and usage stated on the pricing page; additional seats or paid add-ons may have separate prices and billing terms shown before purchase.

Cooling-off, cancellation, refunds and digital-service rights

UK consumers may have statutory cancellation, refund, repair, repeat-performance or price-reduction rights depending on what was bought, when supply began and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

Where the law requires consent or acknowledgement before digital supply begins during a cancellation period, Fellow asks for that acknowledgement before sending the customer to Stripe. Starting access does not remove any statutory right unless the applicable legal requirements for doing so are satisfied.

To request a cancellation remedy or refund you believe you are legally entitled to, contact msgray95@hotmail.com and provide the account email, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other payment-card details. Any discretionary refund outside statutory rights is assessed against the circumstances and Stripe transaction status.

Fair use and acceptable conduct

Do not attempt to break account security, access another person's data, misuse school workspaces, upload unlawful material, harass another user, or use the service to facilitate cheating in a live assessment. Practice and learning are encouraged; misrepresenting AI-generated work as your own where rules prohibit it is not.

AI and third-party services

Some features use external AI, voice, hosting, authentication and payment providers. AI can make mistakes. Important application requirements, deadlines and test rules must be checked against the official university or test-provider source. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for the learning task, particularly highly sensitive personal information.

Availability and changes

Fellow may change features, models or practice content to improve accuracy, security or compliance. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not promised. Material changes to paid-plan features or these terms should be communicated clearly.

Intellectual property

Fellow's original interface, explanations and practice materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Official university/test-provider names and materials belong to their respective owners. Fellow is not presented as an official Oxford or Cambridge service.

Liability

Nothing limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, Fellow is an educational preparation tool and is not responsible for admissions decisions made by universities or for decisions based on ignoring official application guidance.

Privacy, safeguarding and complaints

How personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice. Privacy choices are described in the Cookie Notice. Safety concerns can be raised through the Safeguarding page. Other legal or consumer complaints can be sent to msgray95@hotmail.com.

Public paid launch gate: Fellow is confirmed as the operator name supplied for the service. Paid checkout remains disabled until a suitable full geographic service address and the required public legal/contact configuration are complete. These product terms are a launch safeguard, not a substitute for professional legal review of the particular business and school contracts.
